A couple of days in the sun before the rain started was enough to refuel the mind for the next few weeks of training. Coming up are a few training races, with the serious racing starting in April. Thanks @sportograf for the photo!
The Pink Panther. No frame has been as much a favorite as this one. Thanks for the good times my friend, in the past 4 years. Together we participated in World Championships, European championships and World Cups. We were national champions, won races in 3 different countrie…
ABR Stage 4: A chance to reach a 14-17th place today was ended with a late puncture, searching for a multi tool and a combination of hypothermia and crashing in a rock section. Constant rain in a shortened stage made it a tough day for everyone, but my confidence took quite …
ABR Stage 3: A good start with an ending to forget. In short, my day consisted of starting with the leaders, getting 3 flats, loosing a multi tool, begging for assistance, getting saved my two friends, and choosing to enjoy the ride instead of getting upset over results. Tom…
ABR Stage 1: Legs were good and spirits high, as always when starting a race after a long pause. 29th place out of 147 in Elite is something to be happy about, 14 places higher than last year. Tomorrow is a 70km stage, and I'm hoping to stay in the top 30!
Andalucia Bike Race starts tomorrow with a 32km time trial. The first stage decides the start order for the remaining 5 stages, so a good result is important for the coming days. Let's have a good race! 😁
🇮🇸 By far my favourite part of racing World Championships, is the ever increasing support for Iceland and it's riders. We were virtually invisible on the international level 2 years ago, but we're slowly getting noticed, and recognized, thanks to people like @rpinxt and many…
🇮🇸 My second cyclocross World Championships is in the books! I could pout and be disappointed for not getting a better result, but to be honest I needed specific skills today, which I don't have as a dedicated mountain biker. So I'm happy, enjoyed the race, the crashes and e…
🇮🇸 All set for cyclocross Worlds later today. The mud is some of the deepest, most slippery I've ever seen, and everything is pointing to an awesome day out racing with the best in the world. Watch it live at the UCI channel on YouTube, 15:00 CET

16 days of Spain and a lot of hours of training are done, and I'm feeling good about the next few weeks. Officially selected for the cyclocross World Championships next month in Valkenburg, Netherlands, and I couldn't be more excited to race against the best in the world.
