@British_Airways is that how you avoid compensation to duped customers? Weather conditions? All other flights that morning from all other airlines flew on time! Sad what’s come of you @British_Airways . Shame on you!
@British_Airways I have but I guess I will have to wait another 3 weeks before I get an answer or acknowledgment ad that seems to be the @British_Airways way of working these days. I remember when you provided excellent service, support and true help
@British_Airways it has been more than two weeks since I filed a claim !!!!! Still nothing from your customer service! What is wrong with you? You used to care
@British_Airways You clearly do not value your customers @British_Airways . After 3 weeks claim rejected with lame excuse of weather! All other flights from other airlines flew! I have proof. Cheap way to get out of compensating loyal customers
@British_Airways you keep sinking in esteem! 3 weeks after contacting you finally get a lame excuse for cancelled flight and rejected claim due to supposed weather conditions!! Weird that no other flights of other airlines at the same time suffered delays or cancellation!
@British_Airways Would be good to get an answer before we try to fly home on the flights I paid for! Beyond frustrated and disappointed at this point! I just want to be heard and treated with respect by @British_Airways so far not felt valued at all
@British_Airways This is the continued excuse over and over! I am an executive club member and loyal customer! Never felt so let down and unappreciated as a customer! I cannot believe this is the level of mediocrity @British_Airways has fallen to! Will take future business elsewhere

@British_Airways I have filed s claim, more than 10 days later no movement, no answer, no nothing except for fake profiles trying to get my money on top of the horrendous experience and downgrade and awful delayed and diverted flight
@British_Airways It just takes forever and ever… with lame excuses of being busy and long waiting times! It’s the standard answer always. Being sîlver member also means nothing! You do not offer service and now the scam vultures will start contacting me again in your name!
@British_Airways be aware that there are many vultures using your account to scam duped passengers out of money. I had 4 different people contact me as your reps
