So next time you want to criticize some1 who is doing good, pause and think of ypur own difficult times, appreciate the work they are doing and think of how you can lend a hand in making a difference. Truth is people are actually suffering. HELP, DONT JUDGE!
This period has helped me appreciate the work i do with the @I02Foundation and im glad i can be a part of making someone have hope n smile again. It might be a little bt the truth is i can conveniently smile in my time of lack and know im doing something good
So imagine those who dont have anyone who they can boast of helping them out, even with a 1000 (naira that a lot of us joke with )to help out in thier time of need.
Recently i was at my lowest low and could hardly even get help, not because they didnt want to give but because they didnt have, and thats me who can say i have people in my corner.
Each time i walk on the street its like there is a third eye that makes me see through the mind of people. Some are walking aimlessly with thoughts of how to survive. And i can relate with them because we all have being there and are still there.
But the reality is a lot of Nigerians on the street today are hungry and aren't sure where thier next meal is coming from, sometimes im even in that category and im the average Nigerian.
The biggest question i have being ask in my journey of charity is Why food and the slums? Why not give to the orphanges? Will people eat food they dont know where its coming from?
