@flyspicejet With your response looks like the customer is helpless, & paying a huge amnt for waiting. If call r high, means, either complaints r high or queries, if cmplnts thn what's the challenge, if queries, good luck, U have high vlm of cust, thn why don't U extend CCE tm to handle cust?
