@pentony_s @StormHuntley In the past I have been cycling down a hill in wet conditions and a car turned left, no indicators and 10meters in front. I had to follow them around onto the side road. The driver was in shock. NO MIRROR CHECK before the turn! Not always the cyclist at fault

@ThreeUK Tried to get a receipt for top up from the end of July, requested 3 times. Chat team claim the receipt was ready yesterday when challenged on timings, date and complaints and request for transcript of conversation became evasive and ended the chat!!

@mcdermottsarah Also worth pointing out that Security Guards must have their SIA licence number visible at all times. They can be reported through the Security Industry Authority using that number for inappropriate behaviour
