A master clinician once told me that sports rehab progress should be an upward straight line. Because of their title I believed it. 10 years into my work I realize practice and failure are the BEST ways to learn so why is rehab any different than sports? Don't sell people short.
Team mental performance or athlete mental performance?
Sometimes the mental performance of an athlete is not the priority of their team.
I.E. Coaching an athlete who needs help leaving the game.
