I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume that whilst development may take one year, planning may take a little longer beforehand. I also think there was a discussion about how AI technology is being used. How it's implemented will be interesting. I have some ideas of how it should be implemented, but I have no idea if that has already been done.
So I think there's definitely some stuff in there that some people have claimed to be AI placeholders. But I think once AI, as a system, allows you to prototype vast amounts of designs very quickly and directly implement them with three-dimensional modelling tools where they can be tweaked and adjusted to give that final human touch I think hypothetically we're looking at a system that will allow very, very fast development of complex and intricate level designs and assets that weren't necessarily possible in the past, at the speed that these guys may be producing!
