My Order #7963019538 had 3 different items to be delivered, out of which I received only 1. The missing items cost around Rs. 500, which isn't a amount to let go off from a customer's end.
Being a regular customer with over 350+ orders in the last 1 year this is what I face

The downgrade of customer support being offered in India is really awful.
I had an incomplete order delivered (as the restaurant was out of stock for some items) and I've been trying to reach out to @zomatocare over email, but all I get is an automated response (1/2)
@airtelindia@jagograhakjago@MCA21India Spoke to the senior team for 2 times over the past week. Both of them had promised a callback with an update within 24 hours, I waited for 6 days separately for each of the different instances. Still No updates!

The worst ever customer service I've experienced is by @airtelindia, even after being a Black Member.
I requested for disconnection of my Wifi services on 16th April. Paid all the dues as instructed on call and was told to wait for 48 hrs for device pickup.

@airtelindia Then on every call I started requesting to get me to speak with some senior, which was again a huge task Finally on 30th May I get to speak with some supervisor. After checking previous call logs and history of complaints,he assured me to get the bill waived off within 24 hrs

@airtelindia Then, a new bill got generated on 18th May. Apparently which I'm supposed to pay again to disconnect my wifi. Why should I be liable to pay the bill after 16th April when I had already initiated the process of disconnection? For the fault of someone who didn't do their job?

@airtelindia Since then, I've called for over 20 times following up for disconnection, and all I get to hear is to wait for 24 hours for an update. Everytime I call, I need to explain the same story to every support executive. And then I never ever till date got any callback/sms/email.

@airtelindia After 2 days, I get a call saying that my Black need ro be unbundled first. Why wasn't it done on the day of call on 16th April when I asked to unbundle & disconnect my WiFi? So, the request was cancelled by them for this reason on 18th April apparently. Why?

Actually the hindi names would need no revisit, like Bharat Ratna and basically all other Hindi names of all organisations like

I received an inedible product ordered from Flipkart, which supposedly falls under "No return Policy" even if it's defected
On raising a complaint, the resolution provided is "Can't refund/ return"
