@IcelandFoods Update: I just received a text "Due to unforeseen circumstances your order is running late..."It would have been nice to get a call to apologise instead of a generic text but at least it seems that they're planning to deliver the order.

Nobody arrived and when IK checked online the order is listed as delivered.
Nobody is answering the phone in NP20 and your online support staff were also unable to get anyone to answer.
