@TheCrzAsian At times there may be multiple factors that cause a delay. The most dominate is generally referenced. The Customer Relations team holds the keys to any reimbursement or compensation offered. They have your file open and will respond to your most recent email as soon as possible.

I want to create an account, but it says I have one already, but it wonβt let me reset my supposed password nor send me my AA advantage number (which I donβt haveβ¦) but AA claims I do.

@AmericanAir crazy that you've created a customer service system that requires you to receive and attempt to resolve complaints in a public setting, given that you're so bad at it
Beginning to suspect they make most of their money by not actually providing a service and then not providing an actual way for you to pursue getting refunded for the service they didn't provide
