Many 2022 onward homeowners are under water at this point except maybe SF/South Bay. Especially Florida.

@chernobelskiy Would say it’s a combination of need for lender compliance, security deposit state compliance, tech-forward cash management, ERP connections, and that sort of thing.
Know no big bank that does these the best in each area, unfortunately.

So angry it’s hard to process the disgust for current sitting president being so disrespectful to a career republican and war veteran who spent almost his entire life working to make America great.
After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
