@sarahjane2211 @BBCWatchdog @boohoo Did you get to the bottom of it? They owe me nearly 300 !

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@boohoo you should be ashamed, your customer service is appalling. You're refusing my refund and saying I asked for gift card but didn't. Give me my money back! #PoorService #theft #tradingstandards

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@boohoo your customer service is appalling. You're refusing to give my refund and say I asked for gift card but didn't. Daylight robbery literally! #dobetter #theft #badcustometservice

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@boohoo I've had to come on x specifically to try and get you to issue my refund of over £300. Blatant theft of my money is not a cool look. Especially when you lie about me requesting gift cards! #dobetter #theft #boohoo #PoorService

@Pheecetious you asked someone 2 break the law and she said a way not to. It didn't serve you/r/son because it was helping NOT break the law

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@Pheecetious you asked someone to break the law, and when they suggested a way to not break the law you didn't like it.

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@Pheecetious literally says freelance journalist in your bio. Because you didn't like the response, doesn't mean you can call her abelist

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@Pheecetious and you shut it down because you were in the wrong. You should have kept it on for an open discussion

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@Pheecetious I didn't. Someone showed me. I was just correcting your bad journalism. This incorrect information suited your own opinion

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@Pheecetious the rest were simply suggesting different ways to do it yourself

[Inkterior Art @Inkteriorart]

@Pheecetious incorrect. She suggested you do it yourself to avoid someone breaking the law..nothing to do with what you are/n't able to do.
