R2BR Campers at Midtown Elementary read about plants to their camp mates and discovered different types of seeds. Students transplanted, and fertilized hostas and zinnias. They enjoyed a Reader's Theater presentation about habitats. #Readtobeready

Midtown Elementary R2BR campers read "The Sunflower House", then they planted one for the school playground. After reading about seeds, students went to look for seeds from trees and brought them inside to observe more closely. Fun times!! #ReadToBeReady
