In this collaboration, we evaluated the antibody response in serum and milk of cows infected with HP-H5N1-IAV 2.3.4.4b using a multi-species NP-based blocking ELISA. Anti-NP antibodies were in cows with acute disease, but mostly in convalescent animals.
