@Nisbets been trying to place an order over £800 in value and every time I try to check out it empties the basket. Don’t have the patience to keep trying so that’s a large sale you’ve lost. Hope it’s not happening to others

@CostaCoffee clearly selling previous days croissants today at Liverpool line street . Just opened bag on train the patty is cold and soggy defo been in fridge overnight. Not like usual standard in other shops I visit. Very disappointed

@TPEassist No the have refused and instead have to wait another hour in the freezing cold to see if the later train they advised at Preston was cancelled actually arrives. Currently showing as indefinite delay
