Statement of #barenblissxPerth

barenbliss would like to sincerely express our regret and apologize to Perth Tanapon (@perthppe ), GMMTV, and all fans for the incident that occurred during the #barenblissxPerth live streaming, which has caused discomfort and concern among many parties.

We have carefully listened to all feedback and comments received and would like to clarify the facts regarding the matters as follows:

1. The Live Stream Hosting & Communications

The live stream in question was a commercial live-selling event, primarily intended to present products and promotional offers of the brand within the designated format and time constraints of the campaign.

However, we acknowledge that certain parts of the communication and hosting during the live stream may have caused discomfort to fans and may not have been communicated clearly enough. In particular, statements related to special promotions during the live stream were intended solely to refer to the brand’s promotional offers available during that period and were never intended to reflect the value of, or future opportunities to work with, the artist in any way.

The brand has already discussed the matter with the MC and all relevant team members. We will carefully review all feedback received and improve our working processes, internal briefing procedures, and hosting guidelines to ensure more thoughtful and appropriate communication in future campaigns.

Appropriate internal disciplinary measures have also been taken against all personnel involved in accordance with the company’s internal policies, with the objective of improving operational standards moving forward.

However, we respectfully reserve the right not to disclose specific details regarding such disciplinary actions, as they constitute confidential internal company matters.

2. Social Posts Tiktok/Instagram

The brand would like to clarify that the management, archiving, removal, or hiding of content following the completion of an event or campaign is part of our standard operating practice. The same approach has been consistently applied across previous campaigns and can be verified through our historical content management practices.

Such actions were never intended to diminish the value of the artist, nor were they intended to show any disrespect toward Perth Tanapon or his fans.

We sincerely apologize if these actions led to misunderstandings and will take greater care to communicate our post-campaign content management practices more clearly in future campaigns.

3. The Damaged Product Deliveries

The brand has acknowledged reports regarding certain damaged parcels received by customers.

As the packing and shipping processes are handled by external service providers, we have formally submitted complaints and instructed our logistics partners to strengthen and improve their operational standards to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Should any customer receive products in damaged condition, the brand remains fully committed to taking responsibility and providing assistance in accordance with our product claim policy. Customers may contact our Customer Service team at any time for support and claim assistance.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone for their feedback and suggestions. We accept all comments with appreciation and will use them as valuable input to further improve our operations and services.

Finally, the brand would like to reaffirm our admiration and respect for Perth Tanapon, as well as all artists who honor us by collaborating with our brand. Throughout the event, Perth fulfilled his responsibilities with professionalism and dedication at every stage.

We once again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by this live streaming event and thank everyone for their understanding and continued support.
