@BeckyPlatt3 Our @lSUPP0RTrights standards would advocate providing children at this age with choices and control about how a procedure is conducted - where to sit, who to sit with/on, what to look at/do while the procedure is happening and to take a break (if needed and clinically safe)

Our second Seasonal Star is Emma Innes. “We feel so lucky to have a manager like Emma & feel that our wellbeing is a top priority to her during these difficult and unsettling times, which has helped the team feel safe. Emma is an outstanding manager whom we appreciate greatly.”
