Our builder is charging huge amount in the name of utility/common area/water charged though as per Huda affordable housing policy it's free.
Please help.

Please pass an order to the builder, as per affordable housing scheme not to be charged maintenance charges for 5 years.

HVSP should look into this matter seriously and help us from paying these unjustified charges being charged by the builders.
