Let’s stop sugar-coating impunity. That wasn’t an arrest, guys—it was a broad daylight abduction. An ABDUCTION.
We have seen a number of comrades taken in the same manner, yet many continue to describe these incidents as arrests. To this day, some of those who were taken remain unaccounted for, and their families are still searching for answers.
It is sickening to witness the normalization of such acts. We must call things by their rightful names and demand accountability, justice, and respect for the rule of law. 🤦🏾♂️

@SsemujjuIN@mkainerugaba In one interview a few days ago you were lamenting and blabbering alott of staff against Kyagulanyi Ssentamu and NUP . Why are you crying 😢?
In one interview you claimed to have political experience and leadership. That you built strong institutions unlike Kyagulanyi so why can't you use that administration and structures to sort Mhozi out , why are you crying ??
@mkainerugaba how can you aspire to be our President when you are presiding over the breakdown of the rule of law? As CDF you are not above the law; you are not yet the president! You can be sued; that is our law.
Met with the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE), led by Eng. Peterson Mwesigwa, to discuss strengthening collaboration in transforming Kampala. We explored ways to build a modern, well-planned city, improve transport systems. #KampalaTransformation#UIPE
I'm at the stage where i don't even know what to pray for any more, there is so much wrong, something much sitting heavy on my chest, that i don't even know where to start fixing things.

To every family whose loved one was taken and never returned, and to everyone mourning a life cut short for no reason:
There are no right words. No words can heal a heartbreak this deep.
You are not alone in your grief and waiting. We stand with you in solidarity.
By HE President Kyagulanyi Ssentamu
Honored to meet with members of the NUP Seattle Chapter in Washington State. Grateful for the warm welcome and inspired by their unwavering commitment to the struggle for a free and democratic Uganda. Together, we shall overcome.
Dear fellow Kalangalans,
Today our own Hon. Irene Nampala will be at Bwendero Parish, sharing the message of change and the vision of a new Uganda.
Let us turn up in numbers, listen, and be part of the conversation shaping our future.

Today marks more than a year since Eddie Mutwe was arrested. This poem was produced by @AgoraCFR after his arrest. We dedicate it to his family, all political prisoners and all Ugandans concerned with this kind of persecution. The era of drones will end one day.
