I have much respect for Mr Wafula Chebukati, e Kenyan IEBC for declaring Cde @WilliamsRuto e 5th President of Kenya despite pressure to declare the elections a tie and force a re run
Chaos in @CCCZimbabwe_ as @DubekoSibanda claims that the absence of structures in that party was making it difficult for him to discharge his duties as the provincial chairman.
I'm happy that our leaders are working together in a bid to improve the lives of both the Zambian & Zimbabwean pple. However, Pres @HHichilema must tell his boy @joseph_kalimbwe not to interfere with the internal processes of Zimbabwe
H.E. President @edmnangagwa meets H.E. President of the Republic of Zambia @HHichilema on the sidelines of the summit in Kinshasa. The Presidents briefed media after the meeting saying, as neighbours,
they have a lot to jointly explore including Batoka, Kazungula & other projects
This man teaches many, that you don't need to be highly educated to serve your people well. His continued re election in his constituency is evident to https://t.co/R8FSlW4iqb him or hate him,I saw him closely ,he likes doing things or service to the people.
As 2023 draws closer, I and my girlfriend have resolved to vote for ZANU-PF. At our age, we can't experiment with a political party led by a political toddler
I'm glad that our leaders Pres @edmnangagwa & @HHichilema can embrace each other and discuss issues despite e likes of @joseph_kalimbwe trying to put a wedge btwn e two. Zambia & Zimbabwe are Siamese twins that can't be separated by a confused Kalimbwe
It's scary to be a CCC member with a leader who answers simple questions with a parable and Bible verses. Chamisa is surely ideologically bankrupt and politically incompetent. He can't stand a chance against the mighty ED
That statement by @nelsonchamisa that the Citizens are the structures is nonsensical and childish. He must lead CCC to an elective congress and stop these childish political rhetorics
Point of correction, Sikhala is not a political prisoner but a criminal who instigated violence in Nystsime in a bid to gain political mileage. He deserves to be in remand prison
If you canβt fight against the illegal detention of @JobSikhala1, and other political prisoners there is no Vote you can protect or defend in 2023. The arrests in themselves is the regime testing the waters. They are emboldened! Letβs be honest and stop selling dreams.
Sikhala is a hard core criminal who deserves whatever he is facing. He is getting free lessons on the evil side of violence. The day he will be discharged, he will surely shun violence and be a law abiding citizen
The New Dispensation is walking the talk as far as reopening of companies and economic development is concerned. Let's support this gvt so that it can deliver more to us
You are slowly seeing the light. Without structures, CCC will remain a political group with no chance of grabbing state power. But Chamisa arikutya kuenda ku Congress coz he knows that he will lose e presidency to either @JobSikhala1 or @BitiTendai
My view is that any institution from a Weberian ideal type bureaucracy needs a structure. How CCC handles this one is upto itβs leadership but this is an undeniable fact of how institutions are organized and run
I hope the CCC party will take seriously these political lessons from Prof Moyo. There is no way a party that lacks ideology and direction like @CCCZimbabwe_ will win any Presidential election under the sun
The fact that Zimbabwe has a political party which boasts of not having an ideology, not having values, not having a constitution and not having formal structures; while claiming to be the main opposition and the govt in waiting, makes that party a laughing stock in global eyes!
HE @edmnangagwa has left for Maputo, Mozambique where he will be attending a Summit on the sustainable development of the Miombo Forest. The President is also set to hold discussions with his counterpart President Nyusi on a range of bilateral issues.
Sure, burial societies and secret societies such as @CCCZimbabwe_ should not be allowed to contest in elections. A political party is define by its constitution and structures. Without these two, it ceases to be a political party but a group of political noise makers
There is just nowhere in the world, let alone in constitutional democracies, where a political party or "movement" without a constitution and without formal structures can contest an election. Not in SA, not in US, not in UK and not in Zambia. It is childish to expect it in Zim!
Such wet dreams are not gud for your age. ZANU-PF will always be the People's Party and it will trounce all other political parties in any parliamentary or Presidential elections
