Calab Baloyi, from Orange Farm, lost his sales job during Covid and started farming cabbage and spinach on church land. When the plot proved too small, he switched to sunflower oil and founded Nosso Sunflower Oil in 2019, named after his daughter Ntsako. He sells the oil to homes, tuck shops and fast-food spots, and turns the leftovers into animal feed. Support from the Gauteng agriculture department and VUT helped him get extraction equipment. The business employs four people and won Farm Worker of the Year in 2023.
This is how the damaged mind processes things & then attacks those of us who are genuinely tryinh to help:
"Tell criminals to stop stealing, burgling into our homes, hijacking our cars, hacking bank accounts... how dare you tell us to:
- Get private security
- Get an alarm system
- Get cyber security
- Get pepper spray & a gun
- Don't drive in hijack hotspots
- Don't flash money around in public
- Get 2-step verification on your banking apps
- Don't use public computers to transact
- Don't walk in shady areas
Etc."
The mentally challenged somehow understand this advice, but when we give similar advice to women so they can minimize the chance of being victims of sexual assault, domestic violence & murder... all of a sudden, we're stupid. All of a sudden it's "Why don't you tell men to stop harming us?"
Guys... honestly... please PLEASE stop succumbing to horrible thinking patterns by idiots & people who profit from running NGOs or other initiatives that get funding for violence. They genuinely don't care about ending violence against women... that's why they hate REAL advice from people who care.
Some of the comments in my post about lowering female victims are disturbing, vile, violent & far from actually living in reality. I fear for many of you who think like that.
Don't listen to me... but please listen to GOOD men in your life: your partner, your son, your brother, your father & other men who genuinely care about you. Some voices, including female voices, don't care about you & won't be there to help you when you're in danger. Invest in the people who will be there.
Let's lower violence against women. It starts by using common sense. It starts by taking accountability. It starts by being vigilant. It starts by listening to people who love you. It starts by changing behaviours. There are ways to lower the chances of being a victim. We won't eradicate all coz monsters don't care, but we can definitely minimize.
End.
Don't let them silence you my brother. You're Right....... man we cannot have our kids in school uniform half naked going to school dressed like prostitutes No We must not Normalize this!!!!!!!!
This gender war you people have invested all your energy in is becoming a danger to innocent breadwinning men that have nothing to do with whats going on in Kempton Park.
You will learn when your very own brother gets caught up in the crossfire and dies for something he has no idea about!
Update: We have successfully dealt with the four boys involved in the Spring Day incident, where Mr. Chauke was attacked, assaulted, and had water poured over him. His personal devices and motorbike were also damaged.
What kind of sentencing is this? Almost a billion lost in corruption & he gets to go home? If our courts & NPA are so lenient on corruption, how the hell do they imagine the war against it will be won? At this stage of our democracy & development, corruption of this magnitude is the biggest cause of state and developmental failure!
Terrible sentencing! Mcm!
This has to be my highlight of the week. My zulu sister jacinta in Limpopo with our Pedi King. I love it when different tribes work together to make South Africa a better home for all South Africans. 🇿🇦🇿🇦
