The Council for Geoscience has launched the Virtual Core Library (VCL) - a digital platform transforming how geological data is accessed, understood, and used in South Africa.

By converting existing drill core into high-quality digital datasets, the VCL helps geoscientists, investors, and policy makers make more informed decisions, reducing risk, lowering costs, and unlocking new opportunities.
