Innovator’s Expo is on the horizon! IA 4th and 5th grade students are hard at work conducting research, writing, creating artifacts and drawing portraits.
COVID doesn’t stop our teachers. It makes their job much, much harder.
But it doesn’t stop them.
They don’t stop caring. They don’t stop delivering. They don’t stop making an impact.
Yesterday, I was notified that on November 21st, Danielle Swartz 1st grade teacher, is going to be recognized as the Arizona Science Teachers Association Elementary Science Teacher of the Year.

Leaders can bring positive energy into the school. They can provide meaningful support for their staff. They can genuinely communicate how much they value their people.
It doesn’t have to take extra $$$ or extraordinary expertise. But it does require passion for the work.
