I believe no need a rocket science to do this. I guest there is a problem in your persona system. Would be appreciate if human staff from Linkedin Help could chat through email rather than sending more links to be followed through that ends up with another failures @LinkedIn

I don't understand what might happend last week so i can't open my Linkedin account. I simply follow the instruction from Linkedin Help in order to regain my account but it turned out failed many times. The persona system failed to recognize both my ID and my face @LinkedIn
