Do the slowing effects of Wall of Thorns and Spike growth stack, and how do they interact given the "Combining Magical effects" section of the PHB?
Do we use both for 1/8th of normal speed, or the most potent at 1/4th, given that they have "different" effects:...

... as one imposes "Difficult Terrain" which then results in a halving of speed, and the other states that the spells effect includes that "1ft is traveled for every 4ft movement used", which do exactly the same thing, but aren't truly the same effect.
