Once court agrees.

In a way, I am happy that the Supreme Court saved the day for the @narendramodi govt. With a decision prompted by a petition filed by families of police personnel who were injured in the brutal attack by the CJP Criminals at Jantar Mantar, the judges asked for FIRs against those who indulged in violence not to be withdrawn.
That put paid to the dreams of self styled five star freeloaders of CJP like Saurav Das. He is now saying that he will not accept the order of the Supreme Court and wants Union Govt to withdraw all the FIR's against everyone, including Crooks and Criminals - as was agreed earlier.
Will the CJP legal eagle and ₹1 crore donor advise this Juvenile Das that it will amount to contempt of court. (By the way, Sibal could given that money to people who really need it, not these CJP chaps).
Let's see what happens tomorrow. Hope the Modi Govt does not cave into the demands of these CJP blackmailers.

Choosing Nandan Nilekani as head of the high-power committee is a due trap or a calculated risk?

My analysis:

The government has chosen Nandan Nilekani as head of the High Power Committee for exam reforms.

It's very painful to see him as the head because he and his wife’s NGO fund most Marxist outfits.

Most of them were also active in one-sided narratives during CJP’s regime-change protest.

It looks like, to control someone, they create a problem and then offer a solution.

On the other hand, it may be a calculated risk, as Marxists won't oppose him as he funds many.

But on a personal level, I didn't like his appointment.

The government should have chosen a patriotic person instead of a friend of Western powers.
