Lauren isn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination but one things for sure is that she's a good mother and I hate how Peter uses this against Lauren like he trying to gain some sort of power over her or something. Lauren would move to the ends of the earth for her kids - this is why she's been initially so cautious with Mark and berated him when things have backfired. Lauren takes risks but she knows she's got a family to think about whilst Mark seems less aware of the stakes Lauren has against her and how much she's going to lose.

I wish Lauren had given herself more options and didn't tie herself down to Peter by marrying him. Peter and Lauren don't have to be married to bring up kids together and there was cracks before they even tied the knot last year.

Please let this be the end for Lauren and Peter!

#EastEnders So as we suspected - Barney didn't attack Joel and instead only retrieved the hammer because he was trying to protect Avani 👀🤔.

I had a feeling it wouldn't have been him - Barney isn't capible of attacking anyone - this also rules out Avani attacking Joel which was obvious anyway - she felt deep regret following her actions and after Nuggets recent attack - she wouldn't attack Joel even if she wanted to make him pay. She got her closure moment in court too when she stood up to him.

So who do you think attacked Joel?

With Nugget Avani and Barney ruled out I think it could be Will now after the weed scene - don't rule out Denzel either with it tieing into Kim and Howie's wedding 👀 🤔
