@QuickBooks Why don’t you be transparent and honest by saying the truth which is there is nothing you can do to help me? This issue has been raised multiple times on this forum and your responses, both publicly and privately via DM have done nothing.
@QuickBooks once again Intuit pretends on this forum that they will help me and asks me to Dm them. So I DM and they do nothing. I have no doubt the @TXAG will be interested to know that Intuit is abusing its customers by charging fees that are against Texas law.
@QuickBooks 2 morewasted hours of trying to get payroll risk dept to address my case. I was disconnected twice and when I called back I was told that the payroll risk dept was closed for the day. I am sure that the @TXAG would be interested to know that QBO is breaking 2 laws.

@QuickBooks@QBCares Levied on an NSF fee. I will be pursuing this on a class action basis if Intuit does not correct their pricing on this matter for my transaction and all similar transactions in future.
@QuickBooks@QBCares Amount requested so I could get things flowing. I requested a breakdown on fees paid and have been told the $100 NSF fee plus sales tax of $6.60 on the NSF fee. Upon investigation I have found that state law in Texas caps the NSF fee at $30 and that no sales tax is to be …..
