@Jasonphilip8 Pls dont generalise. This is will hold true for people who either have whey protein as their primary protein source or people who follow a strict protein only diet. If you are a normal human who consumes fibre ( veggies ) in adequate proportion to the protein, no problem then.

2. Chennai - Kancheepuram - Vellore (140km),
3. Coimbatore - Tiruppur - Erode - Salem (185km).

Feasibility studies for Ropeway projects will also be taken up by Chennai Metro in:
Mamallapuram,
Ooty &
Kodaikkanal.

Metro Rail will begin services in Poonamallee to Porur section by this December as part of Chennai Metro Phase II corridor 4.

Detailed Project Reports of #Coimbatore Metro rail in two corridors (Avinashi road & Sathiyamangalm road) - ₹10740 crore & #Madurai Metro (Thirumangalam to Othakkadai) - ₹11368 crore have been sent to Central Govt for approval for its capital funding contribution. Construction of these two projects will start once the Central Govt approval is obtained.

Detailed project reports for the extension of Chennai Metro in the following three lines are under TN Govt's review and will soon be sent to Central Govt for its approval for capital funding contribution:
15.46 KM Chennai Airport to Kilambakkam ₹9335 crore,
21.76 KM Koyambedu to Pattabiram via Avadi ₹9744 crore,
27.9 KM Poonamallee to Sunguvarchathiram via Sriperumbudur ₹8779 crore

Detailed project reports for the extension of Chennai Metro in the following lines will be prepared soon:
21 KM Tambaram to Guindy via Velachery,
6 KM Light House to High Court.
