CBL-514 is designed to trigger apoptosis: programmed death of fat cells.
The proposed pathway starts with inhibiting DYRK1B. That shifts the balance toward Bax, which promotes cell death, and away from Bcl-2, which supports survival. Caspase-3 then helps dismantle the cell.

@oasishealthapp The photo shows a 15 mg/dose pen; the results graphic says 2.5 mg. For the 2.5 mg version, 10.27 mg per 2.4 mL corresponds to 102.7% of label claim.
Take two 10 mg powder samples, both 99% HPLC purity.
Using Bachem’s calculation, 80% net peptide content gives ~7.92 mg of target peptide; 90% gives ~8.91 mg.
Water and counterions add weight without appearing in that purity percentage.

Josh’s 10 reported results span 108.6–138.6% of label claim. A one-vial result could have made this order look very different, depending on which vial was picked.
I know someone asked for the raw assay values that went into content uniformity:
132.16%
133.22%
108.60%
132.23%
134.40%
134.58%
134.61%
138.63%
135.30%
132.33%
Based on this data, the 108 looks like a special cause (although not that special since the vial used for the assay result was 107%)
Trying to get quantities locked before we send samples for testing. Otherwise you can get the report back and find there isn’t enough stock left from that batch.
@PioneerPeptides@researchitgg Do you have a redacted example of how you’d show the unidentified peaks on a report? Would be useful to see what the buyer actually gets.
Same 3 mL vial. Completely different job getting there.
BPC-157 is a relatively short synthetic peptide. GHK-Cu adds metal complexation. Semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide bring longer sequences, modifications and more demanding purification. HGH isn’t even made the same way. it’s a recombinant protein.
I’ve spent an unreasonable amount of time clarifying what someone means by “pen”. Empty device, filled cartridge, dual chamber, liquid, disposable/reusable. We’ve discussed prices before realizing we were talking about different products.
CBL-514 is crazy
Phase 2b: ~20% mean reduction in abdominal fat volume by MRI, and 76.7% of treated patients improved by at least one clinical grade vs 18.9% placebo. Most responders saw improvement after only 1–2 treatments.
We’ve got CBL-514 in stock now.
rHGH isn’t on the market in China anymore. Many are using substitute ingredients to satisfy demands. We refuse to sacrifice our reputation and make sub par product. Be weary.
@pepfessions Terrible take. So many peptides are doing wonders. I’ve seen clients virtually cure there CKD using SS-31. KLOW is reducing inflammation in the overly inflamed. NAD, MOTS-c giving elders a new lease on life. Placebo effect doesnt account for this demand.
