JEs agent found out in August that RG was actively talking to other managers and then actively started speaking to other clubs for him. JE was aware of some of these conversations but not all of them. There was no working relationship between JE and AO or RG.

DL reports directly to India and sends weekly reports back on what’s happening at training ground. JE found this out and moved him into a scouting role. DL is untouchable and this also caused tension with TM and JDT. #Rovers

RG isnt trusted by any staff due to his personal links to SP. They both went on holiday together. Staff deliberately keep information from him. RG pushed hard for VI despite SW pushing on other options. RG/SP went direct to India and missed SW out of final decision. #Rovers

SJ quit due to being forced to offer scholars to two Indian players who werent at level and refusing to do it. Academy staff all backed him and SP backed down but it was the final straw for SJ. The club will use the excuse of losing RF and HH before signing to downgrade to Cat 2.

Kit deal with Adidas/Spezial in which keen Rovers fan and fellow Gary Aspden was heavily involved. He was going to design the kit and leisure wear. Pasha knocked this offer back in favour of another supplier because they were offering £20k up front. #Rovers
