Marley is on an OSR kick lately and stumbled across RAD by @its_hipolita, a Metro 2033-inspired post-apocalypse TTRPG. It's an OSR game clearly informed by non-OSR systems, which gives players and GMs loads more agency when it comes to telling a story.
