The morning involved a brief workshop + networking scenario, and covered topics such as career advice, education pathways, and general employment opportunities.

The selection comes a week after the pair achieved a gold medal finish at the Olympic Test event in Paris and World Championship silver earlier this year 🥇🎖
Olympic bronze medallists Anabelle Smith and Maddison Keeney are the first two divers selected to the Australian Olympic Team for Paris 2024! 🙌🎉
Maddi, originally from WA, will contest her second Olympic Games in Paris after injury ruled her out of Tokyo 2020.
After captivating his local crowd at the Margaret River Pro, Jack Robinson becomes the first ever West Australian to be named as part of the Olympic Surfing Team🎉
The Surfing competition window will run from 27 July-5 August at Teahupo’o located on the west shore of Tahiti 🏄♂️
HISTORY for the Gangurrus who will become Australia's inaugural 3x3 Women's team at the Olympics!

And that's only to name a few of the phenomenal achievements our athletes, and their support teams have achieved since the beginning of the year.
So we just wanted to take a minute to congratulate them all, and remind them how brilliant we think they are 🥰
During an Olympic/Paralympic year, it's easy to get caught up in the hype, the excitement, and very rightly so, we cant wait.... BUT, it is important to take a moment every now and then to pause, and celebrate some of the many wins our team has had since the start of the year🙌

WAIS BOARD APPOINTS NEW CEO
The WAIS Board is very pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Fulton as CEO.
Matt, who had previously run the State’s peak sporting body, SportWest, has been Acting CEO since October last year, and will propel WAIS forward into a new era.
