I have made my booking during the lockdown time when things were uncertain due to covid 19 pandemic. At that moment I was made booking with Air Asia with a hope that airline will start soon however once the aviation ministry allowed the flight operation

I left with no option so I opt out credit balance which was no use for me at all. Supreme court also give guidelines to airlines company that if any passenger want its refund of money for the flight booking made during the lockdown then airline companies obliged to refund
