Yeah and this guy's bringing up kids / mortgage as if those are mandatory. Medical would be covered. 20 years at Jane Street. Drop $5K a month on an apartment... Another $10K on everything else. You're spending $180K per year. Should be taking home $500K net on average over 20Y. So easily banking $250K+ per year conservatively. Letting that grow in the markets. You should be at $10M+ in 20Y. Take that $10M and move outside of NYC and live a hell of a life.

Nothing meaningful is happening outside of Hyperliquid and some copycats. There is no real yield in crypto/stables outside of Treasury-backed RWA's which are mostly just a shittier version of a Tradfi product. The "yield" in the past came from token launches which are now dead and not coming back.

99.9% of crypto stops making any sense once the bid disappears for shitcoins. And the bid has disappeared. The only coins getting a bid now are ones forwarding revenue to holders backed by a sustainable business model. It's been a long time coming.
