@British_Airways We submitted our reasonable expenses claim with BA for hotel and food costs due to being diverted to Muscat. BA specifically confirmed in an email to us that these costs will be covered. Today, BA rejected our claim and refuses to pay anything. A total letdown!

@qatarairways Stop lying Qatar Airways! You are NOT helping stranded passengers. You can’t make changes online and your local office in Muscat is closed. Why can’t we fly out on Oman Air to London? And you kicked passengers out of their hotels yesterday as you stopped paying for their hotels.

@British_Airways We are stranded in Oman and after calling BA three times you still didn’t provide any assistance. There are flights with Oman Air, yet you refuse to rebook us on a suitable flight to LHR with them. How are we supposed to get out of Oman?

@qatarairways It would be great if your staff would actually be available in your local offices to assist. Muscat office is closed despite the fact that it should be open.Passengers were kicked out of hotels because Qatar Airways failed to provide accommodation for another night.Still no bags.

@HamptonByHilton Empty Breakfast Bar, nothing is being replenished. I was being shouted at by the male breakfast manager for taking pictures of empty trays, lady colleague joined in. This is unacceptable behaviour! No hotel manager on duty.

@British_Airways Has BA increased its surcharges/fees for Avios Reward Flights as of today? 🧐

I noticed a return flight to Malaga is now 15,500 Avios + £82.36 for Economy instead of the usual £35 fixed fee.

And it’s 29,250 Avios + £110.36 in Club instead of the £50 fixed fee.

@qatarairways Warm wine and cold pizza snacks. 👎🏻 Service and food is below standard on today’s flight QR845 to DOH. This is not the first time on QatarAirways. Service and food need a serious review and overhaul. As a sapphire member I hope my connecting flight will be better.

@All Inflexible staff! Booked Superior Room(should have balcony) at #MercureLangkawi Instead being given a family room (4 beds)which I don’t need and WITHOUT balcony. Hotel can’t change the room despite my 10:15am arrival. Apparently they are full. Very disappointed! Never again!

@MarriottBonvoy #LonePinePenang - Most horrible breakfast I have ever seen. At 10am nothing was available. Nothing was restocked. Staff had no idea. Several times I had to ask. 20minutes later I just gave up and left without any food.

Absolutely disgusting. This place should be shut down immediately for a deep clean. That red-ish looking bug had several tiny legs and just sat on the Pizza plate’s edge. 🤢

@MercurePaignton Staff needs training and has no idea how to redeem points against bill or how to print final bill. 2 days later I am still waiting to be contacted. Instead, my credit card was over-charged by more than £200. It’s so frustrating! Nothing works at that hotel.

@British_Airways being told to rebook flight online but website is down so can’t even do that. I can’t even get through via the Gold Line phone number. And I can’t log into my account either. That’s just a joke! Apparently 25 flights were suddenly cancelled.

@British_Airways what’s happening at LHR? Several flights cancelled, ticketing doesn’t answer the phone, customer services team has been over 20mins on hold, queues are building everywhere and nobody can check-in

@MarriottBonvoy #ACHotelTenerife Avoid!! Noisy building site right next door. The hotel room was vibrating and you could hear the drilling from 7am. No apology from hotel, no information on their website. I had to check out after the first night. Hardly a relaxing stay. 🙆🏼‍♂️🙉👷🏻‍♂️ 🏗️

@sainsburys The wrapping said #ChocolateChipPanettone but it turned out to be a #ClassicPanettone with dried fruits. No chocolate to be seen as per the label :-(
