This is the most popular halo list and almost the whole trading community is following it, so values are becoming more and more dependent on the list. Even if the list isn't initially correct, the values slowly change according to the list.

@callmehkyra1 @sams_pie @mallariaubrey I partially agree with you. The values themselves aren't the problem, the fact that the list says they are decreasing is. This tier list is the most popular tier list right now in rh, telling people some halos are decreasing constantly stops them from ever increasing.
