@NXNSX Beyoncé did a free concert in South Africa. Also you do realize that majority of the people who attended those concerts were likely white? I was in SA this year and I can promise you that the average black south African can not afford tickets to a damn concert.

@NXNSX Also, have you been to concerts anywhere in Africa. There is almost always capacity issues. And if the answer is to use a sports center, again, additional costs.
