It’s been about 3 months of me fighting to get my channel back.

I’ve explained my situation countless times. @TeamYouTube has reached out multiple times, asked for details, then disappeared again. It’s honestly exhausting when you know you were falsely banned.

About a week or two ago, after months of constantly reaching out, YouTube finally responded… just to give me another AI review instead of a real human looking at my case.

There are thousands of employees at YouTube, and the fact I’ve spent the last 3 months trying to get a single real review is crazy to me.

What makes it even worse is after doing research, I realized a lot of the accounts flooding these replies aren’t even real creators. A lot of them are spam, repost pages, bot accounts, etc. and they flood the timeline so actual creators struggling with real issues get ignored.

I’m just asking for ONE real human review.

On May12 2026, My second channel on 75k+subscribers got terminated under “Spam/Scam”policy. My main channel which had 95k+subscribers terminated under circumvention.Even though there was no copyright strike, I’ve tried every method to prove it was an error I want a manual review.

Hello @TeamYouTube and @YouTube I previously filed a Platform Control (DSA) complaint against YouTube for suspending my channel, Political Map. According to the information I provided, they accepted my complaint, and you should have responded within 14 days, by April 8, 2026. However, it is now April 8, 2026, and you have yet to respond, clearly violating DSA regulations. My channel only produces election visualizations and clearly labeled election predictions, as well as some reasonably cited election news clips. There is absolutely no spam or fraudulent content as you claim. Furthermore, your review process is extremely opaque; you rejected my appeal in a short time without providing any reason or specifying which video violated the regulations. This is extremely unfair to me and my viewers. Therefore, I request that YouTube comply with DSA regulations and immediately respond to my complaint before the deadline. I have also attached evidence of my DSA application and some evidence of my channel. Please ensure that you comply with DSA and EU regulations. Thank you very much.

It has been over 200 days since my YouTube channel was terminated, and I am respectfully requesting a full human review of my case.

I strongly believe my channel was terminated by mistake, as I did not intentionally violate any Community Guidelines. I spent around 3 years building my channel and creating content, so losing everything has been very upsetting for me.

I have already submitted appeals through the EU DSA out-of-court dispute process, including Platform Control and other DSA appeal channels. I also received updates regarding my DSA complaint and the response deadlines. Because Youtube missed my deadline in 14 days

This person, who appears to be from India, is running a scam by using fake OnlyFans models’ names and pictures to create misleading accounts. He made me work for two days and, in the end, claimed he had no money. He even said, “If you want 150 PKR per thumbnail, let me know and I’ll send it.”

What’s shocking is that on his job posts, he claims to offer a budget of $100–$150 per thumbnail, yet he apparently cannot even pay 150 PKR.

I strongly request everyone to avoid working with him or sharing portfolios on his job posts. He is scamming people. He also insulted me and my country with abusive language. I have attached screenshots of the chats below as proof.

Please share this post as much as possible so others can stay safe from this scam.

Be careful dealing with this account. I believe this is a fake profile being run by someone else behind the scenes. The business Gmail they provided does not match the one linked on their Instagram profile, which is a major red flag.

They were asking for free trials, extra work and wasting creators’ time with misleading information.

Designers/editors please stay careful and always verify clients before starting work. Stay safe.
