I once heard a preacher tell ppl to repent of depression. That day, I realized there can be an incredible ignorance in the church regarding mental health. It's okay if you don't understand someone else's struggle; It's NOT okay to demonize health conditions you don't understand.
Happy to be alive today.
Happy to be in Jesus.
Happy to know my sins are forgiven.
Happy His love still frees us.
Just give yourself a minute before you mirror the misery of a mad world & add to all the dissension. You, Believer, have a Redeemer who has rescued you from hell.
If you feel empty, worn out, in need of a miracle, you're in a good place. It is in those moments that if we turn to God, He can come through and do what only He can do.

I find myself listening to #cbc MUCH less over last year. They cover less than a dozen topics over and over from every angle. They r important subjects but so is so much more. It's a big county & world get out and cover it. #media#Canadian#journalism
Maybe I’m just sitting where I can’t see this thing very well but, from where I’m sitting, from what I’m hearing, I don’t think many people are thriving right now. God is faithful. He’ll bring us through but, as He does, let’s remember that nearly everyone’s having a hard time.
God has been changing my thoughts and desires with the sharp edges of his Word, which are like a surgeon's scalpel that invites healing. #healing#powerofGod https://t.co/2LgsECicpx via @SarahGeringer #ThursdayThoughts
"Once you have a humanity infused with the life presence of the creator and one with him, as Jesus says in John 17, then that solves the problem. That is the solution to the problem of the human condition."
