Chinese J-16 fighter jet trained against Egyptian Rafale jets in simulated dogfights for the first time during the Eagles of Civilization 2026 exercise in Egypt.
This marks the first time any Chinese fighter has conducted combat drills against a Western-built platform.
China deployed roughly six J-16s along with YY-20A tankers, a KJ-500 early warning aircraft, and support assets, flying over 6,000 km to reach Egypt.
Apoorva Mukhija, aka The Rebel Kid, has confirmed that she got admission to NYU Stern School of Business in New York for an MBA.
Recently, she learned that she could take the train instead of spending ₹10K on Uber.
Looks like she’s becoming a true New Yorker—and becoming a sensible person along the way. 😄
Meanwhile, she’s not Iranian. Her last name literally translates “from Nazareth.”
How stupid does Mark Levin think we are?
This reminds me of the war propaganda that launched Desert storm in 1991.
Does anybody remember the young Kuwaiti girl who saw Saddam’s men throwing babies out of incubators?
She had never even been to Kuwait. The whole story was a lie.
But based on that lie millions had to died over the next 35 years and taxpayers shelled out trillions..
Erling Haaland asked his girlfriend Isabel Haugseng what she thought of his new look, and she said, “Cute.” 😂
He looked so disappointed because the new haircut was military-inspired
Haaland then revealed that he plans to grow a full beard over the next five years.😳
🇮🇱🇸🇾🇹🇷 Even Israeli media outlet Haaretz is SLAMMING Netanyahu over the Syria strikes...
The paper called the attack on Abu al-Duhur airfield a “dangerous and pointless” move that risks dragging Israel into a conflict with Turkey.
While Netanyahu was bragging about the operation, the editorial warned that new alliances are forming in the region, and Israel is being left out of them.
As usual, the Israeli PM is unlikely to care...

U.S. Ambassador to Türkiye Tom Barrack:
Israel had told us for a preceding five days they were concerned about what was going on.
We went to our intelligence agencies. Syria talked to Mossad, gave them the information that there were no Turkish military, there was no Turkish convoy, there were no Turkish armaments, and that there was nothing adversarial or offensive going on.
That was on Friday. They were supposed to meet again the next week.
The Syrians and the Americans all thought that that was going to be a continued dialogue. We’ve set up a fusion cell. They need to keep discussing it.
And something went awry, and Israel decided that they needed to bomb the craters on two runways.
The problem with this is Türkiye did not know it was coming.
So the real issue here is, without notice, to a country like Türkiye that has a powerful military, a formidable air force, a difficult political rhetoric between Israel and Türkiye — by the way, in my opinion, it’s mostly politics — but it came 80 kilometers to their border without notification, Israeli jets.
🔴 Pakistan’s army chief Asim Munir will convey US messages to Iran during his visit on Monday, sources tell Al Arabiya English
🔴 Munir’s visit to Iran will attempt to break the current deadlock and resume talks between Washington and Tehran, the sources say
🇮🇷🇸🇦 Iran claims it was invited to join the Saudi, Turkish and Pakistani defense pact
-Mehdi Rahimi, who runs Iran's parliamentary news agency, told Al-Mayadeen that Tehran received an invitation
-The Mecca Joint Defense Agreement was signed August 7 by Mohammed bin Salman, Erdogan and Shehbaz Sharif, treating an armed attack on one as an attack on all
-Pakistan's foreign minister has said it is purely defensive and open to others willing to uphold its principles
-No confirmation from any of the three signatories
Consider what the claim being plausible tells you.
A pact anchored by America's oldest Gulf ally, a NATO member, and a nuclear power might have room for the country Washington is sanctioning into the ground.
Riyadh joined US strikes on Iranian proxies three weeks ago. Now nobody's denying the invitation.
If there's anything to it, the Gulf is hedging toward a security order where Iran is inside the tent and America guards the door of an emptier one.
Even as pure Iranian information warfare, the message is aimed at Washington: your allies answer our calls now too.

🇺🇸 US envoy Tom Barrack rejects Netanyahu's claim that Türkiye deployed military assets to Syria’s Abu al-Duhur airbase
🔹 'We consulted our intelligence agencies, and the answer we received was that this claim was not true'
🔹 Says neither US nor Türkiye was informed in advance of Israeli strike
🇹🇷 Barrack describes Turkish military as 'strong and courageous,' 'very well equipped' and highly capable https://t.co/3HyUzaCWnf
The UAE has completed construction of massive metal cages around fuel storage tanks in Abu Dhabi to protect against Iranian drone attacks, after roughly four months of work.
US Special Envoy for Syria Tom Barrack said Israel "still occupies the Golan against the UN resolutions, against all of the international order, which has said the Golan is Syria's," speaking to Mario Nawfal about Israeli policies in the region.
The remark sits uneasily alongside the Trump administration's own 2019 recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan, the same recognition Colombia echoed almost two weeks ago, which Damascus condemned.
Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani said Syria was considering joining the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye, but had not yet decided.
“We understand that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and Türkiye are very important countries in the region,” Shaibani said. “Of course, we are studying our options.”
“We don’t have a decision right now whether to join or not to join this alliance,” he added.
🇮🇱🇹🇷🇸🇾 Israel wants a Syria with cops, not soldiers, and it's enforcing that with airstrikes...
For years, Israel has basically had free access to Syrian skies. Fly in, hit a target, fly back out. Not much Syria could do about it.
There was also this unofficial line around Palmyra. Israel had struck around there before, but going much further north was a different story.
Well, that line just moved: Israel struck Abu al-Duhur near Aleppo, 43 miles from the Turkish border.
And here’s where it gets interesting: a Turkish military delegation had reportedly visited the base just HOURS earlier.
So Israel talks about protecting the “status quo,” but then goes and pushes that status quo further north itself.
And Turkey is really the elephant in the room here.
Ankara is expected to help rebuild Syria’s military basically from scratch. At the same time, Turkey wants to get F-35s while building its own fighter jets.
And Israel clearly doesn’t want to sit around and see what that combination looks like a few years from now.
Israeli media says Syria has already been recruiting pilots and restarting flight training. Israel reportedly brought it up with the U.S., then the base got hit.
You can connect those dots yourself.
Israel seems perfectly fine with Syria having enough of an army to handle security at home. But a proper air force? Heavy armor? Tanks and a military that could actually challenge Israeli jets?
That’s a very different story.
