#WATCH | Dehradun, Uttarakhand: IG Kumaon Range Nivedita Kukreti says, "Currently, a constable, Sher Singh, is making a baseless statement inciting student protests, which is going viral. Regarding this constable, it is worth noting that he was unauthorisedly absent from Pithoragarh district since June 28, 2026. In this regard, he was issued a notice by the SP, Pithoragarh, and upon not receiving a response, he was suspended on July 20, 2026. The constable has a prior criminal history. He and another colleague were involved in organised crime in connivance with a notorious gangster, Praveen Valmiki. They used to intimidate innocent people and seize their land. He was arrested and sent to jail on 15 January 2025. He spent several months in jail and is currently out on bail. In this context also, dismissal proceedings were going on against him and currently, necessary legal and departmental action is being taken in relation to the baseless statement given by him."

The claim is false. Verification of Delhi Police records has found no Sub-Inspector matching the details claimed in the video.

The video is false, misleading, and appears to be a deliberate attempt to spread misinformation. Strict legal action will be taken against those found creating, circulating, or amplifying such fake content.

शर्मनाक और “दिल दहला” देने वाली घटना! 🔥

ACP विवेक भगत साहब आज हॉस्पिटल से घर पहुंच चुके हैं। अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज होने के बाद दिए गए इंटरव्यू में उन्होंने जो बताया, वो सुनकर खून खौल जाता है।

उन्हें खबर मिली कि हेड कांस्टेबल बाबूलाल और इंस्पेक्टर नंदकिशोर पर चाकुओं से हमला हो रहा है। अपनी जान की परवाह न करते हुए वो दोनों को भीड़ से बचाने के लिए रीगल सिनेमा की तरफ बढ़े।

लेकिन...

भीड़ ने उन्हें घेर लिया। पहले लाठियां चलीं, फिर नुकीले पत्थर। फुटपाथ की टाइलों को घिस-घिसकर चाकू जैसा नुकीला बना लिया गया था।

ACP भगत के चेहरे पर हमला किया गया...

दो दांत हिल गए। वो गिर पड़े, फिर भी भीड़ रुकी नहीं। लातें, घूंसे, गंदी-गंदी गालियां... लगातार।

ऊपर से साफ आदेश था - "किसी भी हाल में पुलिस गोली नहीं चला सकती!" सारे हमलावरों ने चेहरे ढक रखे थे। जैसे पहले से ही प्लान करके आए थे।

अगर RAF की टीम न होती, तो आज ACP विवेक भगत की कहानी शायद अलग होती।

ये कोई साधारण घटना नहीं है।

ये पुलिस वालों के साथ हो रहा सिस्टेमेटिक हमला है। जब ड्यूटी पर तैनात जवान अपनी जान दे रहे हैं, तो उन्हें बचाने के लिए भी हाथ बंधे हैं?

सवाल ये है - -
कब तक पुलिस को सिर्फ "मूकबाज" बनाकर रखा जाएगा? कब तक भीड़तंत्र को प्रोत्साहन मिलता रहेगा?
