@SamsungSupport it's been one month since I reached out for support and you had me move to DM to talk. After multiple back and forth now it's radio silence. Samsung customer service just keeps falling short.

@SamsungSupport Samsung has become the most worthless customer service company. I've sent my warrentied watch in twice for repair only to have them send it back unfixed. Rep on the phone said they would do it again if I send it back.
