Finally had a little exhibition that featured some of my work! I’ve been learning blacksmithing for the last couple months and this feels like such an achievement
How come when I get blood taken the doctor asks me to make a fist?
How come lifting weights makes body builders arms big and veiny? What happens after, when their muscles relax? The veins stay dilated, relying on a fatal loss of blood pressure?
This is like the "hotdog in a hallway" but for veins in trans women
@Coldbinch The community will never understand that the prevalence of femboys in media is borne due to transmisogyny
A girl that you can be gross, objectifying and downright awful to but its fine because shes a guy [in your eyes] Where have i seen this before?
"no you see the author wanted the character to be a girl but couldn't show her nipples if he did that so he made him a boy so now its okay to show his nipples and frame them sexually and subject him to a bunch of misogyny and sexualized violence for laughs."
uh oh that tweet is getting the "actually this sexualized 'boy' character with obvious signs of breast growth has nothing to do with how people view trans women and its actually really regressive of you to make the connection" replies. it was inevitable but it still sucks
"protect the dolls" is a more subtle form of support for trans ppl (specifically trans women) and they censored it. the bbc are ghouls but we knew that already.
Been telling everyone for years - the BBC has an actual ban in place on trans people appearing on Strictly. Confirmed to me years ago by someone who works on the show.
Institutionally transphobic. This is a 260,000 population that really is discriminated against. @bbcstrictly@bbc@bbcpress
It's kinda wild they're just doing "femboys" and the character is clearly on HRT but they won't fucking admit it because you have to maintain the transmisogynist kayfabe.
