@ZeropointB@thaboarr It got an update a few days ago.
If you mean porting to newer versions, it's because newer MC versions are unperformant and introduce few worthwhile features for the effort of porting over mods.

@Slendernibble@thepinkyartist@thaboarr There's no way to make a mod both look good and seem like it fits in vanilla because, well, it's a nuclear explosive. It's the sort of thing that's antithetical to Minecraft.
@Slendernibble@thepinkyartist@thaboarr Into bigger TNT that places down fire. The issue is less the size and more the fact that the effects are deeply boring.
@thepinkyartist@thaboarr Well your point was about meeting expectations of real nukes so I don't think matters of which version it's on are very relevant.
@ChynesC@thaboarr I think they look very cool, but if you dislike anything that diverges from the base Minecraft style then you're never going to be pleased by 1.7.10 tech.
@mask_bastard It's very odd seeing people talk about all the supposed benefits of paper filing in the replies because you're just asking to make interacting with bureaucracy even more tedious and unpleasant, a sort of thing that people of this sort seem to really, really dislike.
Made some cooky and/or wacky trains in the Create mod for Minecraft, it's fun to watch them actually move around but it's leagues away from Immersive Railroading.
@_rubeki ...so you need gentler curves so that energy of redirecting the motion of the particle can be distributed over a larger area/greater amount of time. As to why spirals are not used, many accelerators will run for millions of laps before colliding.
@_rubeki Think of it in terms of actual cars and how if you come up to a very tight turn on a road, you have to slow down so your car doesn't crash. In this case, only so much energy can be put into the containment field magnets to keep the particle on its circular path...
