Given the situation and historical precedents, such as the Northern Islands, of Russian encouragment of investment with no reciprocal gestures, its bonkers!

So... Despite being labelled an unfriendly nation by Russia, being pushed out of shared ownership of the Sakhalin LNG plant, Japanese utility companies are still queuing up to buy increased quantities of LNG from said plant...
So much for standing with the Ukraine...

Recently there have been many Japanese Hornets sitting outside the hives and eating any passing bees.
So I've given them an extra line of defence.
My hope is the mesh porches can't be breached, the bees can look around for danger and stay safer.

I'm pleased to hear BTS are planning to do military service!

There's no way North Korea would be foolish enough to do anything in the next two years; when there is a risk of harming the band members and the potential fallout from enraged (global) legions of BTS fans!

What I don't get about North Korea...
These tv images with fervently 'clapping' officers, medals covering half their jackets.
What are these tin badges for? They can't be for seen action.
Are they just time markers for completed minutes of rattling sabres?

Based on last time, in preparation I've taken an unfavourable decision and cut back some of the 3rd year vines, reducing their canopies.
It is far from ideal timing, but the possibility of broken trunks makes it the lesser of two evils.

I never met the Queen, but I believe she did a good job, her presence and influence will be missed more as time passes.

I hope Charles rebels and uses his influence to improve the World, for future generations.

I do however have reservations that Camilla will be titled 'Queen'.
