I've been made aware that "instaudio appears to be back".

I let the domain name expire but someone registered it, and is now running a clone of the site. I have absolutely no involvement in this, and whomever is running this now is unrelated to the original instaudio.

Do not enter your old instaudio login details on the website now at https://t.co/YUY1Z2uhkG. Your old account has been deleted and you'd been giving your info to an unknown actor.

If you already have, change your password if you've used it elsewhere.

In a few more hours, all uploads on Instaudio will go offline. Registered users can still access their own uploads until September 28th (and request an archive of all their uploads).

Requests are processed one at a time, so if many people in quick succession request theirs, it can take a while. You will be notified via email when it's ready though.

Once your archive is ready, it will be kept available for you to download for 24 hours before being deleted.

For registered users, I'm working on a way to let you request a .ZIP archive of all (or a selection) of your uploads, so you can more easily get them downloaded before the site shuts down.

@trendmatcher Het embedden op paginas is niet echt de bedoeling, en werkt na een tijdje niet. Het geluidbestand wordt namelijk elders overgezet na een tijd, en dan werkt je embed niet meer. Plus, embedden kost https://t.co/XSicKNkAUc ook hosting kosten zonder dat er iemand op de site komt.

@iampaulpipar If you're talking about the text in the "save this link to delete later" box, that text is there to clarify that you should not share the link in that box with anyone. The link in the box is only for the uploader to keep.
