My neighbors and I recently visited the nearest @IkejaElectric ieConnect on Demurin Road, Ketu. Shockingly, we discovered that we were placed in Band A! How could this be possible? Our electricity supply has been dismal, with barely 10 hours of power per day. /

@FRSCNigeria Now that we are are talking about driver’s licence, mine was printed this late last year after a long time of waiting and checking over and over again. Unfortunately, the supposed original was badly printed that it looked like fake. How do I ask for a reprint?

It’s incredibly disappointing how the platform allows vendors to sell fake products, especially big-ticket items like Hisense TVs.

Now that it's established from your website that I am on Band B (even though we don't even get the service of band B), how and when will I get a refund of the units I was charged?

After the call to @IkejaElectric I was told I was formally on Band A feeder as at 4th of April when I bought the 50k worth of units, but I have been downgraded to Band B.
Well, thank you @NERCNG for making them downgrade us. But, we are still not even supposed to be on Band B.

50k is not small money in this present day Nigeria, that I will have to sacrifice 50k worth of units that I have still not used to your band A and Band B shenanigans!

I have not seen up to 4 hrs of power out of the minimum of 20hrs.
Since yesterday noon, we got electricity for 2hrs, then its gone.
I am now going to buy fuel for the night.

I can categorically say that I was placed on Band A, and we don't have 10hrs in a day. We barely have 10hrs in the last 1 year! How you arrived at this is still a huge surprise to us! CAC street is off Demurin road, and you say we have 20hrs? Shocking
