THE YOGA INSTITUTE GOA is a pioneer when it comes to designing course, retreat modules and corporate training. Growing under the wings of @tyi_official
Altogether, the idea of meditation is not to create states of ecstasy or absorption, but to experience being. The Yoga Institute has been a pioneer in yoga educations for many decades. It addresses a host of mental health challenges and many conditions linked to anxiety & stress.
The basis of Yoga is this: to be absolutely intense and relaxed at the same time.
We at The Yoga Institute, imbued with the true spirit of Yoga, have been instrumental in bringing about a positive change worldwide, for over 102 years.
We take this opportunity today to wish her the happiest birthday.

The Yoga Institute Goa is a life school. Keeping in mind the problems and needs of the common person, these techniques seek to inculcate a deep transformation within the psyche. They are seemingly simple but profound in their effects!
Even one simple asana, when done correctly makes you aware of your breath and body in such a way that it helps to re-establish the connections between your mind and body, reprogramming all the memory that you hold in various parts of your body.
Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘yuj’. Diverse ideas of ‘yuj’ are given in the different scriptural texts; for instance, union or joining, reaching the highest state of absolute concentration (samadhi) as well as the ability to control the senses (samyama).
The Yoga Institute Goa is the only yoga institute in the world where the techniques of yoga are practiced and understood in relation to and integrated with the ancient Samkhya philosophical principles of the bhavas’. This is an initiative by Dr. Jayadeva.

In yoga we use our drishti or focused gaze as a means for developing concentration and intention. There are total 9 Drishtis but the most commonly used points to focus on, are the tips of the nose, between the eyebrows and the thumb. Share the others in the comment if you know.
I added few more challenges for my new healthier life: using only free of any chemical (💯 pure herbal 🌿) homemade shampoo, soap and toothpaste. Free of phone 🚫📱 during the day. And being only on positive vibes💗
So, will be available to reply in evenings only 😉
