You create them in your user, they are only visible to you unless you mark them as "external". But currently only admins can flag anything as external. Let me know if you find any bugs

We've changed the way we tabulate "events since" for our beloved Garcia Side Projects. It is now per-act, as opposed to lumping all the side projects together. We should have always done it this way, giving each project it's due. This will be evident in footnotes for example:
